Tatiana Lott

Financial Services Professional

As a Financial Services Professional for New York Life Insurance Company, I am committed to providing individuals, families, and businesses with insurance and financial products that meet their needs.  I offer outstanding customer service.

I received a B.A. and M.S. degree from various Universities in Ukraine and Russia.  I have also received an advanced certification from Harvard University in 2001. 

Prior to joining New York Life, I was a teacher, as well as an adjunct professor at the University of Alaska.  From 2002 to 2005 I was a Project Manager in Major Projects Training for Exxon Mobil subsidiaries on Sakhalin Island, Russia.

Since starting my career with New York Life, I have earned numerous prestigious awards and have become a member of Chairman's Council, Million Dollars Round Table, and a Member agent of the prestigious Nautilus Group, a service of New York Life Insurance Company, specializing in estate, financial, and business planning matters.

I am deeply involved and committed to serving my community and helping those that I can. I was involved with starting the first private school in Russia, and also heavily involved with starting exchanges between Russia and far-east Alaska.

Lisa Menapace

Executive Assistant

Lisa Menapace is an assistant to Tatiana Lott with New York Life Insurance and has been serving in this position for three years. Within her role, Lisa provides support to Tatiana and to her clients. This includes scheduling appointments, following up with client requests, managing calendars, mailing correspondence, answering calls, maintaining databases, and other tasks within the office. It is within these roles, as she supports Tatiana and her clients, Lisa finds great fulfillment and joy as she helps provide the best possible customer service and financial care.

Lisa is happily married to her husband, Dominic, of 34 years. When she is not at work, Lisa loves to spend time baking for friends and family and spending quiet time at their cabin, enjoying Alaska and all its beauty.
